The Seneca Nation Mortgage Program (SNMP) was created in 2004 to offer home mortgages to enrolled members of the Seneca Nation. The program offers mortgage help for existing home mortgage purchases, new home construction, remodeling and renovation and refinancing 1st secured mortgages with remodeling and renovations.

The SNMP offers homeowner classes that instruct people on how to maintain and take care of a home.
