The Fire Departments provide fire protection, emergency, medical and various rescue services to the communities of the Allegany and Cattaraugus Territories.

The purpose of the program is to provide exceptional fire and EMS protection to the residents of Allegany and Cattaraugus Territories with the most technological advanced and updated equipment possible.

Services provided include, interior and exterior firefighting, wild land fire suppression, vehicle extrication, search and rescue, high angle rescue, spill response and hazmat level 1. Emergency medical services are also provided.

The goal of the department is to provide the best possible care with the most technologically advanced equipment available.
