The Seneca Gaming Authority (SGA) is the regulatory arm of the Seneca Nation, created by the Nation Law to protect the assets of all the Nation’s gaming enterprises, as well as to regulate all forms of permissible and authorized gaming. Regulation of the gaming operation is necessary to ensure fairness of the gaming to both patrons and operators. Surveillance Officer (5 FT)
Job description
Under general supervision of the Lead Surveillance Officer, protects the assets of the Casino property, patrons and employees by utilizing surveillance equipment in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Job qualification
High School Diploma or GED. One-year (1) experience in law enforcement, surveillance or security. Gaming experience is preferred. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation. Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid Nation Key License. Seneca Preference.

Inspector (3 FT)
Job description
Under general supervision of the Lead Inspector, ensures enforcement and compliance of the Compact at gaming facilities. Observe and monitor the operation of the casino activities including, but not limited to casino layout, games, equipment, personnel, patrons and other areas of the facility relating to casino operations. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Job qualification
High School Diploma or GED. One year investigative/inspection or surveillance experience. Law enforcement security, or investigative experience preferred. Gaming experience is preferred. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Current valid Driver’s License or ability to obtain one within thirty days is required. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation. Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid Nation Key License. Seneca preference.

Receptionist/Licensing Assistant (1FT)
Job description
Under direct supervision of the Licensing Manager, manages the daily activities of the front desk including answering incoming calls, and directing callers and visitors to appropriate personnel.
Performs clerical duties for Licensing Department as needed. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

High School Diploma or GED. Six months of clerical or customer service experience. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation. Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid Nation Key License. Seneca preference.
