Regulation of the gaming operation is necessary to ensure fairness of the gaming to both patrons and operators. Job description
Under limited supervision of the SGA Commission, responsible for directing, managing, and monitoring all legal services for SGA to ensure maximum protection of its legal rights and to maintain its operations within the limits prescribed by law. Provides strategic guidance, consultation, and support to senior management and the Commission on a comprehensive range of legal and associated issues involved in implementing the strategic mission, goals and objectives of SGA and all entities in accordance with applicable tribal, state, and federal gaming regulations. Job qualification
Juris Doctorate from an American Bar Association accredited law school. Ten years of legal experience in tribal casino operations. Member of the NY State Bar, or member of State Bar of another state. Gaming regulatory experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Under general supervision of the Lead Inspector, ensures enforcement and compliance of the Compact at gaming facilities. Observe and monitor the operation of the casino activities including, but not limited to casino layout, games, equipment, personnel, patrons and other areas of the facility relating to casino operations. Job qualification
High School Diploma or GED. One year investigative/inspection or surveillance experience. Law enforcement security, or investigative experience preferred. Gaming experience is preferred. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Current valid Driver’s License or ability to obtain one within thirty days is required. Surveillance Technician (1 FT - Buffalo, 1 FT - Niagara Falls)
Job description
Under direct supervision of the Surveillance Technical Manager, installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs all surveillance systems which includes, but not limited to, servers, desktops, surveillance specific software operating system software, network infrastructure, and other related equipment to ensure asset protection at Seneca Nation Gaming Facilities on a 24/7 operating basis. Maintains the integrity of confidential information.

Job qualification
High School Diploma or GED required. Vocational/Technical certification(s) in Low Voltage, Surveillance Technical, Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, physical security or related field preferred. Minimum one (1) year of experience working with electronic, low voltage, surveillance closed-circuit television (CCTV), access control systems or IT infrastructure is required. Combination of experience in Low Voltage, Surveillance Technical, IT data center, access control systems or related field and education may be considered in lieu of minimum educational/experience requirements indicated above. Must possess, or be able to attain, skills to operate equipment such as man lifts, aerial boom lifts/trucks, ladders, hand/power tools, and utility trucks. Certified Fiber Optic Installer (FOI) certification preferred. Must have the ability to
multi-task and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with demonstrated organizational and time management skills. Proven commitment to working in a team environment with a capacity for self-direction, and a strong willingness to learn new technologies. Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematic diagrams. Must be personable and professional, capable of using caution and discretion in communication.
