The Seneca Gaming Authority (SGA) is the regulatory arm of the Seneca Nation, created by the Nation Law to protect the assets of all the Nation’s gaming enterprises, as well as to regulate all forms of permissible and authorized gaming. Regulation of the gaming operation is necessary to ensure fairness of the gaming to both patrons and operators. Inspector (5 FT)
Job description
Under general supervision of the Lead Inspector, ensures enforcement and compliance of the Compact at gaming facilities. Observe and monitor the operation of the casino activities including, but not limited to casino layout, games, equipment, personnel, patrons and other areas of the facility relating to casino operations. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Looking to fill 3 positions at Buffalo Creek and 2 positions at Niagara Falls.
Job qualification
High School Diploma or GED. One year investigative/inspection or surveillance experience. Law enforcement security, or investigative experience preferred. Gaming experience is preferred. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Current valid Driver’s License or ability to obtain one within thirty days is required. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation. Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid Nation Key License. Seneca preference.

Class II Surveillance Officer
Job description
Under general supervision of the Surveillance Class II Lead Officer, ensures the protection of assets, patrons, and employees at Class II gaming facilities through the use of surveillance equipment, in compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. Enforces and ensures adherence to the Nation Ordinance, MICS, TICS, and Internal Controls. Monitors for suspicious, irregular, or illegal activities, generating reports as necessary, while maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive information.

Cybersecurity Specialist (Niagara Falls)
Job description
Under direct supervision of the Directors of IT, oversees all aspects of cybersecurity; performs a variety of testing, evaluation, installation, upgrades, troubleshooting and system monitoring to ensure users maximum security.
Job qualification
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or related field; three years’ experience in cybersecurity systems management. Relevant industry certifications such as COMPTIA security+ or certified ethical hacker preferred. No felony, theft or stealing convictions.
