High School Diploma or Equivalent.  Previous security guard experience is preferred.  Must be physically fit and be able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.  Background clearance may be required.  Position is subject to pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screens.

High School Graduate or Equivalent, experience in general cleaning Is helpful. Must be physical fit with good physical stamina, and physical strength. Must have good mechanical skills, time-management skills, and great interpersonal skills. Must have basic knowledge of cleaning products, including chemicals and supplies. Must have the ability to give attention to detail when cleaning. Must be able to work flexible hours and available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.

Job qualification

High School diploma or Equivalent. Preferred minimum of one year experience within childcare or related field. Relevant certifications in early childhood education, childcare, or related field is preferred but not required. Will be required to enroll in any Early Childhood program or CDA/SAC Certification Courses after completion of successful introductory program. Must obtain CDA/SAC within one (1) year. Passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development. Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing attitude when engaging with children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues. Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment. CPR and First Aid certification required. Understanding of and compliance with licensing regulations and safety guidelines.  Ability to to speak effectively to the public, employees, and families. Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.  Must have the ability to work in a diverse cultural environment.  Knowledge of Seneca customs, traditions, and practices is helpful.  Strong organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently. Native preference. Must have a valid NYS license.
