Tribal Home Visiting Survey

News and updates

April 10, 2025

We Want to Hear From You!

As part of the early planning stages for our new Tribal Home Visiting Program—which will support families with children ages 0–5—a data collection team, Nokomis Strategies, visited our community from March 23–26. During their visit, they had the opportunity to connect with parents, grandparents, Seneca Nation departments, and early childhood service providers across the Allegany Territory. Because the voices of our Elders are so important, we also made a special visit to Cattaraugus AOA

Now, we’re asking for YOUR input!

Even if we didn’t get to meet with you in person, you are still invited to participate in this follow-up survey. It takes just 10 minutes to complete and will help shape a program that truly reflects the needs of our families.

Incentives are available for those who complete the survey—just a little thank-you for sharing your thoughts!

Your feedback helps us gather the data needed to build a strong, responsive, and community-driven Tribal Home Visiting Program. Let us know what you feel our children and families need, and what services you’d like to see offered.

Thank you so much for your time and input!
