Food Distribution Program (SNIFDP)

The Seneca Nation Food Distribution Program (SNIFDP) is a federally funded program that provides a nutritious food package to eligible participants living on or near the Allegany and Cattaraugus territories. Eligibility is based on income and those on a fixed income are automatically eligible.

We still have the CHEESE (Native Gold) but we have evolved over the years and now offer a more nutritious food package, this includes:

• canned foods with lower sodium
• frozen meats (ex. turkey, ham, whole chicken, ground beef, and beef roast)
• fresh fruits and vegetables (grown locally in the summer and all from the United States)
• and more
