Job qualification

Job qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences/Dietetics Education or related field with five years experience. Must be current Registered Dietitian (RD), or willing to obtain. Must be proficient with computer software and ability to learn new computerized foodservice programs. Knowledgeable of food service practices and  procedures as well as the laws. The ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret program goals and objectives, policies and procedures related to the food and nutrition services. Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills. Must have a valid NYS drivers license. Must have knowledge in mandated reporting. Must maintain or willing to obtain a CPR/First Aid certificate.

Job qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Programming or related field; with 3-5 years experience in end to end full stack development. Business experience or a minor in Business Administration a plus. Willingness to learn, apply new technologies, and skills. A motivated self-starter is a must. Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a relevant field (para-legal, legal assistant, legal studies, pre-law) with 3-5 years of relatable experience, with 3 years in a management position. Must have working knowledge of limited-jurisdiction court operations and functions, with emphasis on Nation court development and systems. Ability to understand and interpret constitutional provisions, statues, administrative regulations, and cases. A combination of experience, education, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may substitute for degree requirements. Knowledge of interdepartmental relationships within a court system, courtroom procedures and protocols.
