Seneca Holdings is seeking an Events Coordinator. This role will support the Marketing and Communication department’s initiatives with the planning and execution of internal company events, including retreats, summits, meetings, and socials. This position is flexible with working from Irving or Salamanca.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the full-life cycle of event coordination, including venue sourcing, coordination and management, travel/accommodation arrangements, on-site execution, itinerary creation, budget tracking & reconciliation and post-event reporting.
  • Assist in the ideation and execution of successful on-territory immersion programs that support the company mission and enhance connection among event participants. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, external vendors, & executive stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of events.
  • Conduct all business in accordance with Seneca policies and procedures.
  • All other duties as assigned
