    The Buffalo Native Resource Center Winter Festival 2018 will take place from February 19 to February 25. We have activities planned all week to coincide with the Buffalo Public Schools winter break. We will kick off the events with snowsnake track making at Delaware Park with Snooky Brooks at 8 am, followed by a chili contest at noon.
