    Please come to one of these two informational sessions for our upcoming Feasibility study that we will be conducting to combat the blue-green algae plaguing the Allegany Reservoir. The purpose of this meeting is to provide information regarding the project and to gather public input. The Seneca Nation Watershed Resources Working Group will be working with the USACE Pittsburgh District to find solutions to this large-scale issue.     On 11/16 a Quarterly Public Meeting will be held to inform the general public about current and planned activities at the site. This meeting will include public release of on Territory soil sampling conducted in 2015. On 11/22, at 1 p.m. James N. Jarvis, MD, Clinical Professor, UB Dept. of Pediatrics will speak about your environment and your health. Dr. Jarvis, Akwesasne Mohawk, has worked to better understand and improve the health of Native American children for more than 30 years. At 2 p.m. Paul Bembia & Andrea Mellon, NYSERDA-WNY Nuclear Service Center will do a presentation of Dose Assessment from on Territory sampling conducted in December 2015.
