  • Wild Edible & Medicinal Plant Series

    This will be a 5‐week series. Each class will focus on a specific plant. We will learn to identify each plant by root, stalk, leaf and flower structure. After identifying, we will learn how to safely harvest each plant, and safely store them for future use. Class will also include a hands‐on cooking or preparation activity to show how each plant can be used for sustenance or for medicinal use! You can sign up for a single class or all! Children are welcome to join, if under the age of 10yrs, they do not need to register, however parents will need to be registered.
